FAQ
Is Minecraft Dungeons II down right now?
The live panel at the top of this page checks the official Xbox service status feed and Valve's Steam Web API every two minutes. If Xbox account, multiplayer and store services show as operational, the sign-in servers are most likely fine and the problem is on your side: see the fix pages linked in the tracker. Mojang does not publish a status feed for Dungeons II itself, so a green panel cannot prove the game's own servers are healthy.
Is there an official Minecraft Dungeons II server status page?
No dedicated one that we could find. Microsoft publishes Xbox network status at support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status, and the Minecraft Help Center lists known issues. This page is unofficial and only reads those official sources.
Why can't I sign in if Xbox services are operational?
Sign-in and ownership errors such as 0059, 0064 and 0029 are usually reported by players as local problems: a wrong clock, Steam not linked to the Xbox account, a broken Gaming Services install, or running the game as administrator. Work through the fix page for the error code you see.
Has Mojang fixed any of the known issues?
Not yet. As of 2026-10-01, 0 of 17 tracked issues have an official fix. 12 have a community workaround and 5 have no reliable workaround. Statuses change only when an official patch note or notice confirms it.
How do I report a problem that is not listed?
Use the contact page with the error code, platform and what you tried. Reports backed by an official source or several independent player posts are added to the tracker.
