This table lists every Minecraft Dungeons II (Minecraft Dungeons 2) enchantment we could confirm by name, with the item slot it applies to, a plain-language summary and, where known, the per-tier numbers for levels I to III. Each item can hold one enchantment, so choose them to fit the build you want. Effects are in our own words and the status column shows how well each entry is verified.

Most of this data comes from pre-launch showcases and creator footage, so treat numbers as reported until we confirm them in the release build. Slot types marked “unconfirmed” are inferred from how the enchantment works.

FAQ

How many enchantments are in Minecraft Dungeons II?

We list 25 from pre-launch data. Some media coverage before launch counted only the 13 confirmed at the time, so the final count may differ.

How do enchantments work?

You apply an enchantment book at an enchantsmith, and each enchantable item holds one enchantment that can be upgraded to level three. Pre-launch data says upgrades cost echo shards and enchantment points.

Where do enchantment books come from?

They drop in various locations. For example, pre-launch data says Ancient Alchemy, Healing Smite and Piercing books can be found in the Deep Dark.

What does the status column mean?

Reported means the value comes from pre-launch material or player reports, not from an official Mojang or Xbox publication. Official would mean published by Mojang or Xbox; no entry qualifies yet. Nothing here has been tested on the release build yet.
